Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must remain unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
